At Valerara, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

CHANGE OF MIND

Changed your mind? No problem. Eligible items may be returned for:

  • Exchange
  • Store Credit (Gift Card)

Please note:

  • Monetary refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be free from damage, stains, perfumes, or odours
  • Include all original tags and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged safely to avoid damage during transit.

EXCHANGES

If your item isn’t the right fit or style, you may exchange it for another item or size.

Please note:

  • Exchange items are subject to stock availability
  • We cannot reserve exchange products
  • If your selected exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
  • Discount codes used on the original purchase cannot be reapplied to exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for a standard re-shipping fee of $6.50 AUD per exchange

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued via Gift Card to your original email address.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.

Gift Cards:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the issue date
  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@valerara.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligible faulty items may receive:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

STOCK DELAYS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

During busy periods, some items may experience delays due to stock availability.

If this happens, you may choose to:

  • Receive store credit for the item value
  • Select an alternative item of equal value
  • Wait for the item to be restocked and shipped as priority

Please note that refunds are not available for stock delay or out-of-stock situations.
